i was gonna try and post lyrics to our songs on a page on the "official" website (by the way, i don't know why i keep typing "official" website with the quotation marks like that, it is our official website... but somehow saying official website makes it seem too official) but the goddamn website wasn't working right. i seriously spent over forty minutes trying to get this "lyrics" page up and working and it just refused to cooperate. so instead of checking in the "help" section on the website creator i said, ehh, fuck it, i'll create a blogger account to post our lyrics. yeahhh, that's what i'll do. indeed! and indeed i did. and indeed i still am doing. oh god, my english teacher would be turning in his grave right now if he saw my grammar (and if he was dead and actually in a grave).
anyway, we wanted to post our lyrics because we realize that it's hard to understand what the fuck riley's singing when we're playing a show. and we also realize that sometimes it's hard to tell in the recordings what the fuck riley's singing. sometimes it's just easier to actually see the lyrics. so we were all like oh, we should post our lyrics somewhere. plus, we love it when you guys sing along at shows. some songs are kind of easy to figure out [ahem, "oi! oi! oi!"] and some aren't. so we're gonna post all the lyrics for those of you who wanna sing along. if you learn the lyrics and feel ballsy, then feel free to grab the mic from riley and sing 'em yourself. or sing 'em with her. whatever you want.
